QUILLON SANDERS DOUGLAS, SR.

Quillon Sanders Douglas, Sr., 83, died unexpectedly at his home Sunday, September 20, 2026.  A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.

Quillon was born March 1, 1943 in Berkeley County, SC and was a son of the late James Wilson Douglas and Anabel Bunn Douglas.  He was a graduate of Lancaster High School and was self-employed as a handyman and landscaper.  Quillon loved motorcycles and spending time with his friends and family and church family.  He also loved "Doodle Bug's" home cooking.

He is survived by one son, Sandy "Bone" Douglas (Sherry) of Great Falls, SC; one daughter, Crystal Wallace (Billy) of Lexington, SC; four grandchildren, Evan, Miranda Jeremy and Trent; four great grandchildren, Jayden, Bentley, Lela and Hazel; several nieces and nephews; and his companion, Lynn "Doodle Bug" Bridges.  In addition to his parents, Quillon was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Douglas and Dennis Douglas.
