Great Falls Mr. Ralph Mitchell Funderburk, 73, died Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 9, 2017, at Great Falls Nazarene Church with Rev. Henry Adams officiating.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday at the church.Interment will be private. Mr. Funderburk was born July 28, 1943 in Lancaster County, SC and was a son of the late James Funderburk and Lee Dell Sistare Funderburk.He was a graduate of Buford High School, served in the S.C. National Guard and was retired from Springs Industries.Mr. Funderburk was a member of Great Falls Nazarene Church. He is survived by his wife, Libby Bowers Funderburk; one son, Dwayne Funderburk of Great Falls; two daughters, Deborah Marthers (Bruce) of Camden and Beth Harper (Brian) of Great Falls; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
