Great Falls Mr. Randolph Edward “Eddie” Lee, 56, died Friday, March 31, 2017 at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Pm on Monday, April 3, 2017, at Heath Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. David Ussery officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 2, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC and other times at the home of his mother, 5113 Great Falls Hwy., Great Falls, SC. Mr. Lee was born January 18, 1961 in Fort Bragg, NC and was a son of Joane Wrenn Leeand the late William Edward Lee.He was a graduate of Great Falls High School, received his Associate’s degree from USC-Lancaster and attended diesel mechanic school in Charlotte. Mr. Lee was owner and operator of Lee Automotive and a long-time carrier of The Herald and Charlotte Observer newspapers.He was an avid Gamecock fan.Mr. Lee was a member of Heath Chapel United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Gainer Lee; two sons, Charles Lee (Brittany) and Richard Lee both of Great Falls; his mother, Joane Lee of Great Falls; a sister, Barbara Brumbaugh (John) of Aiken numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
