Blackstock, SC Mrs. Rebecca E. “Becky” Waters Outen, 50, died Friday, August 23, 2013 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.The memorial service will be 12:00 Noon Monday, August 26, 2013 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmie Cox officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Monday at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home.The interment will be private. Mrs. Outen was born November 23, 1962 in Chester, SC and was the daughter of Elaine Tate Gibson and the late Troy Miller Thompson, Jr.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and York Technical College.Mrs. Outen was the director of Helms Gordon Residential Care in Fort Lawn, SC and a member of Mt. Prospect United Methodist Church. She is survived by three sons, Rusty E. Waters, Jr and his fiancé Erin of Blackstock, SC, Todd Waters of Great Falls, SC and Corey Outen and his wife Miranda of Lancaster, SC; five grandchildren, Seth, Kaitlyn, McKinley, C.J. and Braydon; one brother, Brian Varnadore of Rock Hill, SC; three sisters, Tammy Wallace of Chesnee, SC, Crystal Walker of Lancaster, SC and Heather McManus of Fort Lawn, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
