Lancaster Sandra Ann Blackwell Allen, 55, died Monday, August 11, 2014, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Simpson officiating.Interment will be private. The family will receive friends anytime at the home of Lynn McManus Bridgers, 5517 Old Winnsboro Rd., Great Falls, SC. Ms. Allen was born May 18, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland and was a daughter of the late Henry Blackwell and Inez Roberts Blackwell.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and USC-L School of Nursing.Ms. Allen retired as an LPN from a nursing facility.She was a member of First Baptist Church of Great Falls and also attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She is survived by her fiancé, Steven McManus of Lancaster; one daughter, Jill Garris of Lancaster; and one grandson, Mitchell Ryan Clifton, Jr. of Kershaw.
