Sandra James Price

Great Falls, SC: Mrs. Sandra James Price, 62, died Saturday, May 25, 2013 at her residence. A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Second Baptist Church with Reverend Zack Williams and Reverend John Ladd officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, in the sanctuary of the church form 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Interment will be private. Mrs. Price was born in Columbia, SC on October 16, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Plumer J. James and Frances Elizabeth James. She was a graduate of Chester High School and York Technical College. Mrs. Price was a member of First Baptist Church, Great Falls and was retired as a home healthcare nurse. She is survived by her fiance’, Willie Tolbert of Great Falls, SC; four sons, John James, Kevin James, Greg Price and Aaron Price all of Great Falls, SC; one step-daughter, Kristin T. Maaclay of Lancaster, SC; one step-son, Jeff M. Tolbert of Columbia, SC; fourteen grandchildren, two great-granddaughters and one brother, Larry James of Chester, SC. Mrs. Price was preceded in death by one daughter, Christina Price and one brother, Jackson Layton James. Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church, great Falls, SC 29055.
