It is with sorrow and sure and certain hope in the resurrection to eternal life in Christ Jesus that the family announces the passing of Mrs. Sandra Clark "Sandy" Roberts. Sandy, 78, died Sunday, November 16, 2025, at MUSC Lancaster.

 Mrs. Roberts was born February 27, 1947, in Brevard, NC and was the daughter of the late Homer Lee Clark and Mary Melrose Sitton Clark.  She was a graduate of Brevard High School and a faithful member of Mitford Baptist Church.

 She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of over 56 years, Vernon F. Roberts; two sons, Scott Roberts (Kashana) of Lancaster, SC and Brian Roberts (Christy) of Clover, SC; six grandchildren who adored her, Austin (Christianna) Jeremy (Jenna), Taylor, Calab, and Brooke Roberts, McKenzie Dean; and one cherished great-grandson Carter Lee Roberts; her brother-in-law, Claude Synder of Corinth Miss; a special daughter, Nancy Parson of Great Falls, SC; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Randall Clark and her sister, Jean Snyder.

 Sandy’s greatest joy in life was loving and serving her family. She created cherished memories for her grandchildren at every opportunity. The lessons taught by her of loving the Lord, loving family, and serving both with integrity and confidence, will be passed on through generations.

 Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Mitford Baptist Church, with Rev. Marty Roberts and Rev. Greg Batchelor officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Dantzler Baker Funeral Home.
