Michael Shannon Anderson officiating.The family will receive friends1:30 PM to 2:45 PMSundayFebruary 24, 2019 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. Mr. Jessiewas born June 23, 1930 in Mingo County, West Virginia and was a son of the late Miles Jessie and Dora Brundell Jessie. He attended the schools ofBeech Creek West Virginia and was retired from Norfolk/Southern Railroad as an track construction Forman. Mr. Jessie was a veteran of the U.S. Marine’s having served in theKorean War. He was a member of Fort Lawn Church of God. He is survived by ; four sons Stewart Chris Jessie ( Cathy)of Fort Lawn, SC, Daniel Curtis Jessie of Edgemore, SC, Timothy James Jessie( Cindy) of Fort Lawn, SC, Christopher Scott Jessie of Fort Lawn, SC; two granddaughters, Hannah Nicole Priest of Chesterfield Breeann Nicole Edwards of Fort Lawn, SC; two grandsons ChristopherGrant Jessie of Fort Lawn , SC and Joshua Logan Jessie of Edgemoor, SC; two great-grandchildren Eliana Priest of Chesterfield, SC and Mckinley Faith Walls of Fort Lawn, SC.
