Great Falls Mr. Thomas Oren “Tommy” Knight, 61, died Friday, February 3, 2012.A memorial service will be heldat 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Evangel Temple Assembly of God with Rev. Mike Sollers officiating.Interment will be private. Mr. Knight was born May 19, 1950 and was a son of the late Baxter Knight and Mary Cox Sumner.He was a graduate of Eau Claire High School and attended Winthrop University.He served in the U.S. Navy and the National Guard. He is survived by three aunts, Christine McManus of Great Falls, Sherleen “Tootsie” Baskin of Rock Hill, and Helen Knight Williams of Great Falls; special cousins, Charles R. Baskin, and Larry & Lydia Williams both of Rock Hill; other cousins, and several nephews and nieces. Memorials may be made to Evangel Temple Assembly of God, P.O. Box 44, Great Falls, SC 29055.
