Great Falls Whitney Locklair Wolter, 39, died Saturday, December 17, 2016, at her home.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Linderman officiating.Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. Born August 20, 1977, Whitney was a daughter of Deborah Anne Evans-Rose and the late Michael Lee Locklair.She was a graduate of Gaffney High School and a homemaker. Whitney is survived by her husband, Michael E. Wolter; one son, Brennon Lipscomb of Fort Lawn, SC; one daughter, Kayla Lipscomb of Fort Lawn, SC; her mother, Deborah Anne Evans-Rose of Kennesaw, GA; her paternalgrandmother, Carla Banci Locklair of Great Falls, SC; and her maternal grandmother, Helen Nalley Evans of South Port, NC.
