Dolly Jean Lyles

Great Falls Mrs. Dolly Jean Lyles, 93, died Thursday, October 14, 2021, at her home.Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Great Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Corliss Woodson officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday at the church. The oldest of four sisters, Dolly was born October 14, 1928 in Chester County, SC a daughter of the late J.B. Beckham and Lula Knight Beckham.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and earned her LPN from Marion Sims Memorial Hospital.Dolly retired from Chester County Hospital.She was a member of Great Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by two sons, Stanley Lyles of Great Falls and Woody Lyles (Annie Ruth) of Winnsboro; six grandchildren, Huen Lyles, James Lyles, Bradley Lyles, Danny Lyles, Deborah Lyles and Mandy Hendrix; eleven great grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren.Mrs. Lyles was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Lyles; three sisters, Betty Sue Trotter, JoAnn Huffstetler and Virginia Williams; and a daughter-in-law, Shirley B.
