Patricia Looper Fowler

Rock Hill, SC Patricia Looper Fowler, 80, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Magnolia Manor in Rock Hill. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. John Ladd officiating. Mrs. Fowler was born February 11, 1943 in Chester County, SC and was a daughter of the late Avery Looper and Kathleen Cole Looper. She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and Tri-County Technical College and was retired from Duke Energy. She is survived by one son, Chuck Fowler (Karen) of York, SC; one granddaughter, Peyton Fowler of Great Falls, SC; one brother, Mitchell Looper (Grace) of Rock Hill, SC; one sister, Shelvie Ramsey (Terry) of Rock Hill, SC; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by three sons, Dennis, Brian and Russell Fowler and a brother, Jimmy Looper. Memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 223 S.
